Privacy and cookie policy of the www.ecotun.pl website
1. General Information
1.1 Privacy and cookie policy concerns the processing of personal data by the website administrator – Eco Light Project and the use of cookies within the website www.ecotun.pl
1.2. ecotun.pl performs the functions of collecting information about customers and their behavior in the following manner:
- through the information voluntarily entered in the forms.
- By storing cookies (the so-called “cookies”) in the terminal devices.
- by collecting web server logs by the hosting operator ecotun.pl.
2. Information in forms
2.1. ecotun.pl collects information provided voluntarily by the Customer.
2.2. ecotun.pl may automatically record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
2.3 The data in the form shall not be made available to third parties other than upon the Customer’s consent, unless otherwise stated below.
2.4 The data provided in the forms are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to send an inquiry from the contact form.
3. Information on cookie files
3.1. ecotun.pl uses cookies.
3.2 Cookies (the so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Customer’s terminal equipment and are intended to use the websites of ecotun.pl, Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the duration of storage on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
3.3 The entity that places cookies on the Customer’s terminal device and accesses them is the operator ecotun.pl
3.4 Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Create statistics that help to understand how visitors to ecotun.pl use the websites, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;
- The customer profile is defined in order to display customised material on advertising networks, in particular Google.

3.7 Limitations on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the websites of ecotun.pl
3.8 Cookies may be used by advertising networks, in particular Google, to display advertisements tailored to the way in which the customer uses the ecotun.pl website. For this purpose, they may store information about the Customer’s navigation path or the time of staying on the website.
3.9 In the scope of information about the Customer’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the Customer may view and edit information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
4. Server logs
4.1 Information about some of the Client’s behaviours is logged in on the server layer. This data is used exclusively for the administration of the ecotun.pl website and to ensure the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.
4.2 The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, they may be recorded:
- time of arrival of an order or inquiry,
- the time of sending the answer,
- Client station name – identification performed by HTTP protocol,
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
- URL address of the page previously visited by the Customer (link referer) – in the event that the switch to ecotun.pl was made by means of a link,
- information about the Client’s browser,
- information about the IP address.
4.3 The above data is not associated with any particular website visitor. This data is only used for server administration purposes.
5. Disclosure of data
5.1 Data shall be made available to third parties only within the limits permitted by law.
5.2 The controller may be obliged to provide information collected by ecotun.pl to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests within the scope of the request.
5.3 The Administrator may make the personal data of the Customers available to the entity taking over the rights and obligations of the Seller within ecotun.pl. In such a case, customers will be informed of the new administrator of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Security of personal data
6.1. ecotun.pl cares about the security of users’ personal data, therefore, wherever it is required to provide personal data, the connection between the Customer and the server is encrypted. Thanks to this, customers do not have to worry that the data sent from or to the server will be suspicious, intercepted and used by someone.
6.2 The data controller is a company: Eco Light Project based in Oleśnica.
7. Change, correction and deletion of personal data.
7.1 In accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data
(consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) ecotun.pl provides customers with free access to their personal data, their modification, correction and deletion.
7.2 Access, modification, correction of personal data may be made at any time through the Customer’s Account after prior registration and logging in.

8. Cookie management – how to give and withdraw consent?
8.1 If the Customer does not want to use cookies, he can change the settings of his browser.
We stipulate that disabling the use of cookies necessary for authentication, security, maintaining user preferences may hinder, and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the website ecotun.pl.
